Tilly's is always my first choice for when I need to get my hair cut! She is very friendly and her staff are also very friendly. They are helpful when it comes to the health of your hair and will give you advice on how to keep your hair healthy. There is very limited parking here and it's location is not ideal, but otherwise everything else is great!
