My child went to this daycare a few years back and it was very short lived. Unprofessional management and lazy staff. They would put my toilet trained child in a pull up immediately after drop off. I know this because I would send him with plenty of changes of clothes and he would come home wearing a pull up with all clean clothes in his backpack INCLUDING the underwear he was dropped off in that day! They did not want to take the time to bring him to the bathroom as he was in with younger children who were probably mostly still in diapers. They also got upset over every little thing (child making a mess with paint, etc) The owner was very rude to me on a number of occasions regarding my child. He was in this daycare less than two weeks.

Update: I just wanted to add to my review from the summer of 2020. My daughter is still at this daycare, and still loves it there. The care and attention she gets is exceptional. She has grown and thrived there, made friends there, is excited to go every morning, and comes home happy at the end of every day. In my experience, the owners, as well as the teachers, are all warm and loving people who love what they do, and love the kids, as well. Ive never once worried about my daughters well-being at this daycare. 5 stars from me. We're new to Apples to Zebras (my daughter started about 3 weeks ago), but I'm already convinced that we made the right decision in choosing this daycare. The staff are attentive to her and every child in their care. Even after such a short time, they know her so well: They know her personality, the type of care she needs, and what she likes and doesn't like. The kids in her room learn through play, they do French and sign language, have plenty of indoor and outdoor time, and I love the daycare's healthy menu options. It's also so nice to know that the staff and management are always there to talk to you about your specific concerns and questions. I never worry about my daughter while she is there, and the smile on her face every day when we pick her up says it all. 5 stars!

Considerable amount of issues in the past with my Daughters Enrollment, not a specific workers fault in the care of the children, but administration's lack of communication. Multiple occasions of having to pick up my daughter for conditions that my family doctor would then advise not being apparent. Costing both time and money, being a single parent (within co-parenting). On more than one occurrence I would be emailed advised that balances occurring outside of my power (Government Subsidy being communicated for months would be need to paid to keep my daughter enrolled, meanwhile they would also ask me to pay considerations of my ex's account as it would avoid direct with my coverage) After multiple requests of having her join children her age, was refuted because of maturity compared to the other children of the same age. Then after having her around children 2-3 in age, when she was 4-5 they would apply a diaper to her, reversing the time spent getting her to properly use the toilet (2 years at that time) Then excising that we couldn't be reached at the time, leaving her feeling belittled. There was growth to my daughters character from the Care Attendants, but as they change rapidly due to turnover, the relationship wouldn't last long. Overall, if you can find a dedicated sitter, or at home care attendant you could receive more dedication to your child, and their specific needs.
