the service was excellent.... very customer oriented and felt very much at ease with Michelle...She kept in contact with me...the client.....on numerous occasions through the process and answered all my questions with expertise and in a way that I was able to understand......she has that personal touch that makes you feel comfortable in her presence and is very informative on all the aspects of her position...............I would certainly recommend Michelle to anyone who was looking to get a mortgage.........Thanks Michelle for a job well done......

Michelle was very good to deal with. I actually found her through an ad on Facebook for her app. I downloaded the app just to see what mortgage payments would be like and then she contacted me. She made the whole process stress free for me and she is very knowledgeable about everything from applying for a mortgage to the closing day. I will definitely deal with her again for my next mortgage.
