The Metro team is very professional, friendly and will go above and beyond to help, whether you are a property owner or a lessee. I've personally worked the most with Erin, Brenda, Kat and Heather and I have only good things to say. I highly recommend Metro.

No issues with the service received, except for the one time I was locked out of my rental home by an auto locking door, while smoke started filling the kitchen from a pot left on stove. After 2 and half hours of no help from after hours answering service not being able to reach anyone to come with master keys from 410pm to 645, I had no choice but to call fire department to break the glass in front door. It was a stressful, and costly, day.

I had an excellent experience with Metro Property Management. I was impressed that they were more than willing to deal with clients out beyond the overpass, and at all times I felt they had my best interests in mind. Peter, Shona and the team carefully screened all applicants for my rental property, and left no stone unturned. And they always stayed in touch regularly. I heartily recommend Metro Property Management without hesitation, and would be happy to work with them again in the future.
