Mobile Trailer

We were travelling through from British Columbia in our RV and encountered problems with our AGM coach batteries not holding their charge. After phoning several RV dealers for an appointment but unable to secure one due to their full schedules, Mobile Trailer on Topsail Road, St. John's, NL managed to squeeze us in for an appointment to diagnose our problem. A big shout out to Ryan who was very helpful and most pleasant during the process and for finding the source of our problem. Alas, the next morning the batteries still showed no signs of recovering properly, despite the repaired connection. They had us bring the RV back to the shop that morning to do a full diagnosis of the batteries themselves (no extra charge) and determined that weak cells were a possibility. Indeed, this was later confirmed also by a battery specialty shop which sells the brand of AGM's that we own. We appreciated Mobile Trailer's efforts to help during a busy week which allowed us to continue our journey and would recommend them.

Service is as good as it gets Rick is excellent in what he do and he answers any questions u want to know about buying a trailer...The workers are very friendly and takes the time to answer any concerns you may have..If your looking for good quality trailers and Service I highly recommend Mobile Trailer on Topsail Road..Will never purchase anywhere else .

Trading and purchasing our new trailer was easy and transparent. The whole experience was smooth. Rick is truly professional, knows his stuff, and is no nonsense. I would highly recommend!

We were having a hard time getting our camper serviced by the dealer we bought ours from, or locating the parts to try the repair ourselves until we came across these guys!! Not only was the customer service top notch, but when we went in to pickup the part it was a better price than I anticipated. They also had a great variety of other camper related accessories for sale at reasonable prices that I hadnt seen at other places.
