Ok place . My son bought a Chevy Trax and was happy with the service he received. Update : Be sure to check how they finance your vehicle. My son had an accident on black ice which wrote off his 2016 trax . He is still paying for the vehicle after the insurance paid for the vehicle because of the enormous interest rate that was on this vehicle. Buyer beware !!! Also we found out that the dealer had $2200 for extra warranty which my son is still paying for ????

Very pleased with the service. Not only was I happy with the vehicle I purchased but when I called Penny Preowned - five years later - on a warranty issue, Matt recognized me, remembered the car I bought, walked me through the steps to sort out my problem, made a call on my behalf, and got the matter sorted out. I would highly recommend this dealer. My wife and I were recently looking for a vehicle. We went around to all the dealerships in town, had a couple test drives. Penny pre-owned was our last stop for the day. We went in and the salesman was on a call. His secretary came over to us, we exchanged pleasantries then she asked what we were interested in and got us all ready to talk to the sales consultant(she was very friendly) so anyway we talk to the consultant, told him our budget and vehicles we were interested in. He was very friendly and the thing I really liked was he was down to earth and very friendly(not pushy at all) he took the time to listen to us. I could go on and on about how great of an experience we had there, but I will just say if you are looking to buy a quality pre- owned vehicle drop in and see Paul Mercer, he will treat you right and get you on the road. Also I want to mention the financial consultant Dave Petten, also very friendly. He was straight forward with us and took the time to explain things to us. He was easy to talk to and made you feel like you've know him for years. Usually signing papers is boring af, but not with him, I was very relaxed and felt at home in his office. So once again...I highly recommend Penny pre - owned, you will not be dissapointed

Id never buy a car off of penney preowe.. they are so hard to deal with they gave me a run around on my car that I was trying to finance with them they told me I was approved and then called me back and said I wasnt which I dont understand how you can be approved on something then not! I told them I was taking my business less where and Dave said well good luck with that in not a nice way they also told my co-signer hell have to give up a car to co-sign for me which again already approved and the co-signer owns the car he already payed off! So why should they have the right to say give up one.. it wasnt far it didnt make any sense but I did take my business else where and I wont recommend another cent to them
