Pro-Concrete & Restoration Ltd

I had a floor poured by the owner of this company. He came back a few days later to saw cut my floor and took chunks out while he was cutting it. He said he would fix it by filling the gouges with concrete and he would then polish it and re cut it. He came back to fill the repairs with concrete about 6 weeks later after having to constantly call and remind him. Another 2 or 3 months went by after calling and calling and he finally came back today to polish and recut. It was even worse after he fixed it. Chunks gone out of it again and the sawcut was all over the place, theres also cracks in the cement he filled in the last repair with. Would definitely not recommend him to anyone. I found the guys very professional , patient and courteous to our every demand and need. They worked around our scheduling , other trade workers and friendly in the whole manner . I recommend these guys . Quality no doubt .
