        Beautiful place to live but the clowncil really needs to crack down on the beagle cages its not right...

        Although a quaint Newfoundland fishing town with much beauty there are too many barking and penned beagles in the Maddox Cove portion of the town. Cruel for the dogs to be penned for majority of the year with no daily walks and incessant barking is unbearable. Town has no ability nor desire to enforce bylaws.
