We have been trying to get the leather repaired on our chairs at our clinic since February 11th. Customer service has been terrible. Called to book in feb, was told to write an email to the owner, did so. Sent photos of the repair needed. No response, sent another email, no response. Call to check in to see if we could book for someone to come out and view, told me to email again. Told them I have been emailing with no response. She said she would remind him. Get an email back and said to call to schedule a viewing to come see the chairs. I called, a man answered and said he doesnt do the scheduling and to email back. Did another email mentioning to him I was getting the run around which was at the point very true & just wanted to know where to go from there. Was told to go elsewhere.

Ive had beautiful work done by them, but you pay the price. I still went back for another piece of furniture and their customer service is so lacking (short, not helpful, feel like you are wasting their time) that I wont go back. Its unfortunate really.

Very disappointed with the quality of product used, I had 3 sofa cushions and 2 loveseat cushions redone with supposedly high density foam, in my opinion the quality was not there, the cushions did not have the firmness that I was expecting. I spoke with two different employees who did not show much professionalism and were also rude. Overall the service was poor.

Horable service, first they picked up part of our Chesterfield for repairs cracked or peeled leather. When I guy picked it up he said it would be ready in a couple of days, over 2 weeks later I called the warrenty co. Looking for it. When it was delivered . There was 2 more places torn, when I showed it to him he said that it would be a different clam and that it was tere before , witch it wasn't. If it was it should of been fixed. His response was that it was junk anyway and it shouldn't be sold. Very onperfessable and poor attitude , I would never recommend to anyone and they should not do warranty work for any company Gerard Up date. When to move couch when cleaning, the bolts on the feet have backed out or not put in snug when he reassembled and scratched up the hardwood floor, not looks like I'll be stuck with this also. Thanks furniture medic for such service YOU SUCK
