        Touring this building was very bizarre. Management was constantly reiterating all the reasons they may (or have) kick(ed) someone out, and were seemingly happy about it. Aside from this, most of the talk was about how tenants get together to play cards weekly. The rooms were interesting and construction seemed to be good quality. Location is fine. The ability to book out a large social-room for get-togethers is a big plus. Seems like a great spot for a retiree or someone looking to downsize from a house, but probably not appropriate for a young professional or student.

        Just visiting the Part Plaza but very impressed with the quality of the apartment. Open concept clean luxurious feel to the entire suite. Very well finished with many extras.
