        The Mix is a modern building in downtown St. John's. Perfect location, a,supportive Resident Manager, and the business team outside the province who were superb in assisting me successfully sublet my unit. Building is well maintained, clean, and safe.

        The superintendent is great, the staff in Halifax are great, and the building is perfectly located downtown!

        My bf and I had to move out this apartment building because they took money out of my account and my bfs account at the same time for rent. Not only once, but TWICE. Never got a cent back. We sent multiple screenshot and talk to the owner, Bill. If I could give it a 0 start review, I would. Please do your research before signing a lease in this place!!
