Needing a technician to come in to look at my 4 month old washer. Contacted GE who told me I will hear from a technician in the next 24 hours. I questioned this as I found it very quick. GE confirmed 24. Hours. After 24 hours I called GE back as I never heard from a service technician, only to be told it’s 24 business hours (3 days.) Fast forward…today is day 3 and also a Friday. No technician has contacted me. They are closed on the weekends and don’t open until Monday. By the time Monday comes it will be 6 days waiting on just a call from a technician. If it takes that long for a call from a technician, how long will I be waiting for a repair from the same technician. I expect better service for my 879.00 washer. My brain is screaming refund but like everything else, no refund if it’s used. GE really needs to get a washer technician that dies the job he is contracted to do.

Ive been waiting for my stove to be repaired for over 6 months. Its under warranty and was supposed to be fixed in March but you ordered the wrong part. Since then, no one is answering my emails or phone calls. Ridiculous service 0/10

Very poor service. We submitted a repair ticket to Samsung for our dishwasher in January, who referred us to PE for repair. The repair tech came to look at the dishwasher, and said that ge needed to order a new electrical panel. He said it would only take a week. After two weeks, I called for an update. The receptionist said that he had covid and had not yet ordered the part. Another two weeks and I called again, she then said that he was having surgery. The part finally arrived mid-March, and the soonest they could fit us in was early April. April 8th, the tech shows up and realizes that it's the wrong part. Apologized and said he would come back the week the right part arrived. Two weeks go by, no news. I call, and the receptionist said that she couldn't confirm that he wanted it rushed, and scheduled us for May 13th. I take a THIRD day off work to meet the tech, and he never showed. I called again, and she said that he tried to call me (no evidence of it in my history and voicemail) and that they got the wrong part again... now we're looking at June or July. We made an official complaint to Saumsung executive branch and are waiting on the results of the investigation. 6+ months for a dishwasher repair is UNACCEPTABLE. Service: Dishwasher repair
