I have only been a client for less than a year, but I have been treated like I have been there my entire life! Other dealers I have felt with in the past would answer questions with not sure we can do that or thats your responsibility all I have heard from the staff at Audi St. Johns is Absolutely and all ready taken care of I was about to make an appointment to change my seasonal tires and before I had the chance to call, I received a msg that my appointment has bee scheduled. Thank you for anticipating the customers needs. Patricia in the service dept has been super helpful and Kim in sales one time waved me down in a parking lot to ask me how the car is haha she was incredible to work with. You guys have a client for life!
