        Terrible service, submitted a insurance claim for body damage and waited a whopping 16 weeks and called for an update on the claim. I was told they never did order the parts required. Frustrating experience to say the least especially when management gives you an excuse of being understaffed. (Not the customers issue) would not recommend. Service: Body & Trim

        Amazing receptionist ! So friendly and nice to me . The body shop out back did amazing job on fixing my car and even cleaned outside and inside of my car . I would 100 percent recommend Carstar . Thanks for the amazing service and work you all did :)
