I had a booking through my insurance to deal with. Booking through the online portal was really easy and the process once I got there was quick and easy, with very friendly staff. The work was done perfectly with the vehicle looking like new. I would highly recommend CARSTAR St. John's.

Terrible service, submitted a insurance claim for body damage and waited a whopping 16 weeks and called for an update on the claim. I was told they never did order the parts required. Frustrating experience to say the least especially when management gives you an excuse of being understaffed. (Not the customers issue) would not recommend. Service: Body & Trim
