I wanted to dye my hair blue... I have dark brown hair so I would have to bleach my hair to be able to get the blue I wanted. I talked with the store Clark Friday October 28th 11am about this she looked at my length of hair and suggested an amount bleach and of dye and the color of blue that would get me where I wanted to go... I thought a different blue would be better but the insisted that this blue would be best. So I spent the next few hours bleach my hair, I ended up running out of bleach and having to go out to get more powder to mix more which was incredibly hard to continue to do after I had washed the bleach out and had to put more in. After all that was said and done I finally put what I thought would be blue in and instead of the nice bright saphire or sky blue that I was looking at and wanted I get pitch black cause the lady insisted that blue black would show up better. So now I have bleach burned black hair... Halloween costume ruined over $100 waisted and a full day of time and effort for basically nothing all because I listened to their clueless workers. Never trust Sally's.

The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly! Very knowledgeable too. Will be going there for hair products from here on out.

Theyre suppose to be opened at 10am on Sunday, I am here at 10:16 and theyre not opened. They should update the website and the hours on the door.
