I was away from town and I ordered something for my wife that I would pick up when I got back in town. I placed the order after business close on a Wednesday and when I went in to get it on Sunday it was no longer reserved as per my online order. I said ok can I just get it off the shelf. They said no they were out of stock. I explained that this is the main reason I ordered online. He said that they only hold it for 2 days and when my item was going out of stock they put it back on the shelf. Was a very disappointing service. I would have at least expected a phone call or email to confirm I was going to pick it up. But nothing. Disappointing for a new store. EDIT: I emailed the email address that the store listed below. They were just as unhelpful. Any act of customer service or acknowledgement of the issue would have helped me regain interest in their store. I'd recommend staying away from this place. The Herbal Centre on Kenmount Road is much better and always very helpful!

Such an amazing staff and don't get me started about the drive-thru because this gives the future alot of hope! 100% will visit again
