        Extremely long wait hours, it's 8 hours of excruciating pain and counting. Why is this even called an emergency when patients are taken for granted?

        Be prepared to wait at minimum 7 hours, but probably longer, unless you're actively dying. And even if that's the case, don't count on being seen quickly. The cleanliness is awful too. Took 8 hours of being here for the bathrooms to be cleaned, and the chairs were never wiped down or disinfected in the whole 9 hours we were in the waiting room. The staff is working hard, but there just aren't enough of them. Wish there were more walk-in clinics and family doctors in the city to free up space for actual emergencies.
