Great company to work for, I started with them and was matched to employer for my first class 01 truck job within 3 days of placing my application. Worked with their client for 13 months and got hired on full-time. Very good option for getting foot in door for major companies. Highly recommended!

Advantage secured me two positions after graduating that provided me with great experience. One of which I was offered a full time permanent position well above industry wage. They were great to deal with if any issues arose with scheduling due to personal appointments.

My experience with Linda & her team at Advantage Personnel has been excellent. In 2021, Advantage Personnel found me the perfect candidate that fit the admin position that was required. This candidate was hired as soon as the minimum contract hours was reached! Also in 2021, Advantage found 2 additional candidates (for other related companies) that were hired full time as well! I would 100% recommend Advantage Personnel and will use again if needed! Joanne

Since June of this year, I've been calling and emailing this place to set up a profile in case a job in my field becomes available. I received a phone call once (in June), whoever it was let the phone ring twice before hanging up and leaving a voicemail for me to call back. I called back, no one answered so I left a voicemail in return. I never did hear back. I've called multiple times and left multiple voicemails asking for someone to please call me back. I received an email from a lady who said my number wasn't in service (yet it's the same number they called me from in the beginning and the same one I left on my countless VM's) and asked me to call them to set up an interview. Again I called back, left a voicemail, never heard a thing back. I even replied back to the email letting them know that I called and left the VM, and reiterated my phone number. The lack of professionalism and lack of quality is making me believe that no one actually works there. How are people supposed to get work through a staffing agency if they don't do their jobs and connect with potential candidates?
