        Absolutely amazing experience! Over and above!! From Barry Snow who is an amazing Sales Rep. To the delivery driver (didn't get his name) but a sweet professional young man to the installer Chris Nash, the best installer I have ever dealt with, and I have dealt with a few! So professional and personable young man! Went beyond what I ever expected. Couldn't find any better than this Company. Thank you Carpet Factory

        Sent a few online requests for a quote, never heard back. Finally remembered when I had a free minute through the working day to call and got the receptionist who was super nice, told her I had submitted a few requests and she was quite apologetic putting me through to sales. Got a VM which said I'd get a call back before the end of the day. Left a VM with all my info and a week later still no call back. Good luck actually getting work done. I wanted to give you my money for some carpet that NEEDS to be replaced, but have to go with someone else apparently.
