I am a little shocked that they dont have any return policy and no price tag on most of the things. As I bought a cow teddy bear for 51 dollars for someones birthday but she didnt like it so called them after 1 hour of the purchase and they put me on hold and after 10 min saying that they cant return the money. Felt like a ripoff!

I have been sitting on this for the last couple of weeks, and now am very confused as I tried calling yesterday evening and again today to discuss the matter but it goes to a voicemail for Carolyn at another business ? I am very confused as the number does match the one listed on Google as well as on the website. I do see now in previous reviews that the Studio is under new ownership, but is the company still in operation? Nonetheless, I recently placed an online order for pickup the week before Christmas but my elderly parents were not comfortable picking up or having flowers delivered due to the increase in COVID cases around that time. I wanted to pause my order to deliver at a later date, however called several times with no answer so just decided to cancel outright to make sure it would not be fulfilled. I e-mailed over 2 days awaiting a response and eventually got a very cold, unfriendly e-mail in response asking "did you not get a confirmation?" with no follow up, or apology. This hasn't sat well with me, and in realizing Christmas is generally a very busy time, any customer (especially one who has been a client of the Flower Studio for many years) should receive a little more professionalism and proper customer service. It is certainly not the great customer service this business has been known for, and just want to make the management team aware.

Excellent service. I'm in Halifax NS, my mom is sick in St. Johns NL at the Miller Center. I ordered her flowers via Paula in the morning and my mom had them in the afternoon.. They are beautiful. Thank you.
