They need to hire someone for phone duty. If you have a phone appointment with a doctor, it is incredibly difficult to proceed with sending documentation to the doctor, since nobody answers the phone in the admin area. It definitely doesn't help that this clinic closes pretty early. I understand they are short staffed but this has been going on for years, hire more people!!

If you can go to any other clinic, do it. I made an appointment 4 hours ago and still havent gotten a call. I called the office multiple times and after being on hold for a while, it ended with a message saying they cant take my call.

I just want to know how a medical clinic is allowed to operate without phone service!!! Three days calling there to get my sister seen and I mean three days of calling continuously throughout each of those days. How can Eastern Health allow this to go on?? P.S.Why isn't there an option to rate ZERO stars here??

Appointment was booked for 11:00 am. It is noon and still waiting. Everyone that was here when I arrived have been seen. Now they are seeing people who came after I arrived. As soon as I booked my appointment I wrote the 11 am on my calendar Now they are trying to tell me my appointment wasn't until 11:30. **very reliable clinic**???
