        After spending years at the gym doing self directed exercise I felt I hit a plateau. The workout at orange Theory was amazing. I used muscles I hadn't engaged in years. The coach was extremely supportive on my first day and made me feel welcome and informed. While everyone in the session had different levels of fitness, it felt like I was working out with a team! There was no judgement and the atmosphere was very motivating.
