My wife gave birth here recently through C-section. We spent all our time on the 5th floor in the NewBorn section and then sometime in the Case Room for delivery. We had an absolutely excellent experience! The nurses are so helpful and caring, and the doctors are just as pleasant and calming. We were a bit stressed through the delivery, but our medical team did an excellent job at keeping us calm, and informed. The dietary staff were amazing and kept my wife well fed throughout the entire week we were there. The food was excellent; our only gripe - the portions werent as big as we would like, but other than that, my wife loved her food. The janitorial and nursing staff were super helpful and caring, and moved quickly in giving us a private room right after our baby was born. Pro-tip; if you get a private room, ask the nursing staff for some sheets and a pillow for the pullout bed. They will gladly oblige. Also, as soon as youre admitted to the general ward, call into the hospital admissions office and request a private room. It took us 3 days to get a private room, during which time we had to wait in the general ward.
