Sandman Signature St. John's Hotel

I am staying here now and your front desk staff told me you had BEDBUGS weeks and months ago on your second floor. I went to confront the front desk after dining at dennys when a lady told me her cousin is staying here and they have BEDBUGS. I called back down after freaking out terrified in my room to bring this home with me and asked the front desk guy to please come check my bed because I CANT SLEEP. He comes up and says he isn't checking my bed it's not his job after coming into my room. I told him I need to contact customer service and he says THATS HIM. I ask for a number and he says there isn't one and tomorrow I can talk to a manager. As he walked out he said what do you expect me to do it's not my job to check your bed. I began to record him because I felt he was going to deny the whole situation. He also recorded me to which I didn't care. I repeated exactly what he said, weeks and months ago there were BEDBUGS on the second floor. I WANT OUTTTA HERE.

Stayed twice this year, in the spring and in the fall, and had a wonderful stay both times :) The hotel is modern and clean, the rooms are generously spacious, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect if you don't have to be downtown - and with free parking! Particularly great for extended stays, and has all of the amenities you could need nearby Can't wait to come back!

We ended up staying here 2 nights because of ferry cancellation. Very nice large hotel about 5.5 km from downtown St. Johns. Super comfortable beds. Affordable prices. Helpful staff. Denny's and Bar/restaurant on premises. Wish it was downtown but price would have been much higher and it was easy to navigate to downtown. Rooms: Most comfortable beds on our vacation.

I stayed here about a week ago and forgot a very sentimental ring on my night table. I called the next day and left a message for housekeeping. I didn't get a call back. I called again and was told " Nothing was brought to lost and found". You do not have honest staff working for you. I know I left mt jewelry behind. I am absolutely disgusted.
