A good rag on the ramps, a deep cleaning of the carpets would be necessary. In the room, the shower leaked, the room was tiny, barely 30 cm between the bed and the table in front of the window. Tout est sale, les murs, les escaliers, les tapis.. c'est malpropre, les tapis sont saturs de salets, le matelas tait recouvert d'une housse de plastique trs inconfortable pour dormir, la cafetire dans la chambre n'avait pas de filtre, le caf, le sucre et le lait en poudre dans des contenants rcuprs, pas hyginique du tout. Un bon coup de guenille sur les rampes, un nettoyage en profondeur des tapis serait ncessaires. Dans la chambre, la douche fuit, la chambre tait minuscule, peine 30 cm entre le lit et la table devant la fentre. L'entretien est le plus dficient. Point positif le restaurant voisin offre un fish'n chip dcadent et un excellent prix! Panure mince et croustillante...the duke of duckworth.

Impeccable service, beautiful rooms for a great price and the location is perfect for getting around St. John's. Near George street and lots of great restaurants and pubs, plus a 15 minute walk to signal hill where you can see the earliest sun rise in North America. Really glad we found this spot.

No elevators and no valets to assist with bags. Actually, no one available to help with anything! There is no reception desk it is self check in. Great if everything is operable, not so much if you need help. No soundproofing between rooms so get used to fights and "other things that go bump in the night."
