Amazing service experience! Had some unexpected issues with starting my car, dropped it off that afternoon to the service department. They originally gave me a time estimate of about five days, but had it all fixed up and ready to go the following morning. Thank you Ashley and Kim at the desk and the people working on the cars!! You dont realize how much you rely on your car until you dont have access to it!

Ever since moving from their old location this place has become a gong show (from a service point of view). Communication is a substantial weak point as well as trying to book service for maintenance or repair. Youre easily expecting a month to book an appointment. Prices for labour and parts are also exorbitant. (Dealer parts arent always better, and certainly not worth the considerable mark up). Hyundai also makes it very difficult to get aftermarket parts. Even when you spring for the parts, good luck reaching anyone at the counter. Only plus: The mechanics do good work.

I bought a new 2022 Tucson Hybrid that was used as a demo back in late June (which they refused to discount). At my recent service appointment, I was informed that I needed to replace my front and back brakes with only 24,000 kms on the vehicle. Capital Hyundai refused to help with the costs and tried to convince me that it is normal to replace brakes at 24,000 kms. Worst customer service I have ever received.
