        One day one of the drivers followed delivery instructions by calling and using my door buzzer while one of your drivers didn't bother and I could have had my had my package stolen. Get your drivers to take a photo of the person HOLDING the package in their hand

        poor location directions (they're located at the back of a commercial building with no signage aside from a sticker on their door in the back, and poor customer service with no option to speak with someone local. waited 30 minutes in the parking lot for assistance, only for them to close and tell me to try again tomorrow to collect my package.
