Evolution Martial Arts Newfoundland

As both an adult go-er and a mom that takes her kids, I highly recommend Evolution! The atmosphere is so welcoming and nonjudgmental and every single person, both staff and members, were so patient, friendly and helpful! The kids classes are the best quality Ive seen and with amazing class sizes and quality facilitation in a beautiful space - youll want to sign the kids up too for sure! It was such a blast to see my crazy kids learn and grow so much - we immediately signed up!

I would give it 7 stars + if I could. I was traveling to St.John's for work and dropped in a couple of times for a morning workout. This was one of the best, most welcoming experiences I've ever had. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, no egos... just a fun and enjoyable training environment. Can't wait to come back!

Ive trained at several gyms and this gym is hands down the most welcoming, beginner friendly environment you can find! Dru and Ashley strive to deliver effective and constructive jiu jitsu instructional periods with a very friendly schedule. 10/10 recommend checking this place outthey even have kids classes!!
