        If you need a mortgage, Leslie Penney is amazing. We recently purchased our home in Newfoundland while we were still living in Ontario. Leslie worked with us and the lender to get the best rate and terms possible. With us being out of town it was a lot more work for him getting everything approved and finalized. He was very professional and friendly. Once we arrived in town and meet with him, we knew we made the best choice. We have closed over a month now and Leslie still answers all our question.
