I was a loyal shoppers customer, although they never remembered my name, never had stock for weeks sometimes, never tried to help me financially, and weren't all that friendly. I just assumed that this is how pharmacies operated, I COULD NOT BE MORE WRONG (thankfully!). SRX is the best, I don't know how to express how much switching to SRX has changed my mind, my health, and most importantly has given me peace in my life. The SRX team knows me by name, they know when I need a prescription refill before I do, they have helped me lower my costs of my prescriptions by 70% a month while upgrading from generic to brand name medications. Also, when they have a question about a certain prescription, they don't use me as a middle man, they actually find my doctor's number and call to make sure everything is as it should be. I was worried about not having a pharmacy that wasn't open 24 hours a day, but SRX is an actual life saver. For the first time I have my meds before I'm out, I have extra cash in my pocket, and most of all I have peace of mind because they take care of me , it's like having a little pharmacy family. I'm moved to tears writing this review. The entire staff are earth angels. If you are reading this, do yourself a favour and just call them, they'll take care of the rest! I'm a real human, I am a breast cancer survivor (I even have a YouTube channel with a video called Proof of Life, ha!), so yes this is a genuine review.
