We hired Mark to help us find the perfect home while we were living on the other side of the country. He made the entire process so easy and really helped ease the stress of buying a home without seeing it in person beforehand (thank goodness for FaceTime and family members). His knowledge of construction was an asset, as he was quick to point out any issues. In spite of the time zone differences, Mark was always timely in his responses. Additionally, I felt that he truly understood what we were looking for and showed us homes that were in keeping with our goals. He was very professional and made all of the paperwork, inspections, etc. as painless as possible. Now we are living in our beautiful home in the most fantastic neighborhood. I highly recommend Mark for all of your real estate needs.

If youre looking for a Realtor who is going to put your interests at the top of the priority list, then look no further! Ive been buying & selling real estate for many years and Mark stood out from the crowd by a long shot! Always willing to answer any questions and taking the time to discuss any issues that comes up. He is not that pushy/pressuring type of realtor that is concerned only for commissions.. but is very much engaged in the deal/showings and most importantly wants YOU to be satisfied on your end of deal whether youre the buyer or seller! Hes also knowledgeable on home building so is a good eye to view a home with! I cant say enough good here, but I hope that Mark Blanchard stays in the real estate business because the industry needs more agents like him! I would definitely use him for real estate again and would recommend to anyone, Ive already been recommending him to friends and family but if youre seeing this dont hesitate make the call and put this agent to work! Lol (sorry Mark if you see this but youll have some clients coming your way)
