Geoff made my housing buying experience smooth and enjoyable! He was always available to answer my questions and with his knowledge and professionalism I was reassured things were under control. He was able to connect me with the right mortgage broker and lawyer to close the deal. But it was the little things he did that made him stand out without even asking me, he initiated an additional home viewing prior to closing which I had wanted due to the circumstances. He kept me informed of things that were happening as we were getting ready to close and pushed to ensure things got done in a timely manner (he could have sat and waited for the final paper work to be done but he stayed in top of it and didnt stop til the deal closed)! Throughout the process, I felt like I was his only client (even though I wasnt) and even though I wasnt purchasing an expensive house, I felt he handled my deal the same as if it was a million dollar home!
