        Janice is not your "out here for the money" kind of agent. She's incredibly knowledgeable, and only out for one thing. That is to put you in a home that you will look forward to everyday. My experience as a first time home buyer, I didn't know anything and she never made me feel like I was asking a dumb question (and in hindsight, I asked some dumb questions). Highly recommend!
