Mike acted as the buyer's agent when I purchased my first home at the end of last year. He gladly spent time showing me multiple properties dating back over a year and was always quick and patient with my many questions. I was out of province for work for almost the entire time between placing an offer and closing and Mike helped coordinate everything for me including the inspection and multiple counter offers and adjustments. Additionally he brought great contacts to the table who helped me get the best rate possible and close quickly. I would 100% recommend Mike and will absolutely be giving him a call next time I make a real estate transaction.

Looking for a real estate agent who listens attentively to your needs, takes care of your best interest, is patient and works tirelessly to find your next home - Mike is your guy. He has helped us sell one and purchase two homes over the past 4 years and just closed our daughters first home - all professionally done while making us comfortable enough to now consider him our friend.
