        Booked a room here prior to pandemic and had to cancel due to travel restrictions. The hotel refused to give refund, only a credit voucher. However, the voucher expired end of 2021 with all restrictions including the Atlantic bubble and our travel limitations we were not able to travel until May 2022 (5 months after the credit voucher expired). Contacted the hotel, they refused to issue a credit on another stay. We are now out $275. I understand that businesses had tough time during the pandemic but so did travellers that lost money.
