Vince from the St Johns Village Mall location is SO RUDE. He doesnt know how to accommodate customers & is ruining the reputation of UPS. Bad experience. He was asking me personal questions about my equipment & it felt like an invasion of privacy. Please do your job, and stop being rude to your own customers.

FedEx and UPS are two worst posts. I was waiting for my package today and took a day off. However, the driver came to my door and left without a call, notice or even an attempt to reach me!!!!!! Im super angry at their service!!!!

Literally the worst experience Ive had with UPS. Apple returns are pretty much standard and multiple items are combined into one shipment with two parcels, went to return and was told I would have to consolidate the packages into one box. You guys shipped it to me in two packages, one tracking number, its not rocket science. So annoying to be told to just contact Apple, I shop with FedEx usually but shame they contact UPS in Newfoundland. The staff is pretty dismissive so that was annoying.

They are horrible! My package arrived to St.John's in 3 days, from 6300 kms away and I still could not get my delivery, It's been 3 days for bringing it from 25 kms Mt. Pearl to St. john's. They lie about weather conditions in their websites. Roads are open, everything is working but they don't bring my express delivery. PLEASE DO NOT USE UPS, WASTE OF MONEY.
