Purolator

I received a call from Purolator that Bell Aliant had received a device. I went to Purolator to pick it up. The device was there. To make a long story short the two staff members helped me sort out Bell Aliants mess. Bravo to those two dedicated staff members.

Didn't have tracking number ready so finding package was hard. Update: Thank you for your response. My comment was about the difficulty I had on the website. I realize that a tracking number wouldhave been great to have, but the sender didn't provide one in the emails they sent. I was hoping (somewhat naively) that I could have found my order with the sender's order number or by my name. Regardless, the driver (route 24C) tried again the next day and was extremely helpful. He even commented that getting delivery options when set on the website may takesome time to come intoeffect and helped me to create a request with him and the next time he came by, he provided me with a NSR sticker. Excellent service there. I'll see if I can update the website with thisinformation.

Ridiculous when you pay almost 60 dollars for shipping and the package has been there since yesterday morning 914am to be exact and they're telling me it could be 3 days before I get my package but if I didn't request it to be held at the Duffy Place location they would of delivered it and left it on the ground at my place this is absolutely ridiculous customer service

The few times I've been here, the lady is Always very helpful in getting my parcel shipped.
