Ive been receiving botox & filler treatments from Dr. Hyland since 2020. I can always trust her to help me look my best and address any concerns I have with empathy. I also appreciate that she is available for evening & Saturday appts which are hard to find for medical aesthetics. She is quick to respond to my emails as well. Ill always be a repeat client with her.

If I could give Dr Hyland a zero rating I absolutely would! I went there after reading online about the CO2 laser treatments she offered and decided to try it after years of battling with the after shock of third degree burns on my face. She told me she DIDN'T offer student discounts but would give me a "deal" anyways. She was a very cold, unwelcoming, brazen older Irish woman who, on several occasions, showed up late for her appointments without so much as a phone call or an apology. I went there once in the middle of a snow storm and waited until 9:30, which was my scheduled appointment, then left a couple minutes later because noone was there and the building was locked up with all the lights off. On my way home she decided to call me and basically yell at me for leaving telling me she was there waiting and only went there for me and I should have waited longer so I need to turn around and go back there immediately. If I asked her any questions she talked to me like I was an idiot and should know the answer. But regardless, I had the CO2 treatment because I was desperate. She followed up with a couple check ups the first week, considering the pain and state I was in, then told me she wanted to see me in a couple weeks after I've healed up a bit but I never heard from her. I emailed her a month later and asked if she was still planning on having me in for the 2 month check up, which was when I was supposed to see full results, and mentioned I haven't heard from her so I was making sure because I hadn't noticed any results so if maybe for the money I spent on that treatment there were other treatments out there I should consider. With that I got the most unprofessional, cruel, heartless email from her calling me selfish and spoiled, and "pouting because I'm not getting enough attention", refusing to see me or treat me again, calling me ungrateful. II couldn' believe how cruel she was after I went there begging for help and spent over $1000. She also told me I would only need 5 days to heal up and then on a Friday decided to tell me I needed to take another two days off which I had to beg to get off work and do double shifts the upcoming week to make up for it so also having to be considered is the time off work and loss of wages that had to be accounted for. It is now almost two months post treatment and my skin is no better in any way than it was before and, if anything, dryer and more leathery looking so I've went back to former clinics that have always treated me with such open arms and respect. I have also been hearing other horror stories from several people that went to Dr Hyland and will never go back. There is more I can get into but I feel like this is sufficient enough to reach out to people and let them know to be aware if deciding to go see this horrid horrid woman. The owner and lady who does the treatments here is an actual medical Doctor and not a tech that the clinic hired, which is why I chose this place. I received hair removal about 3 years ago (upper lip and Brazilian) and it worked excellent! I will go back to have my legs done next. She also offers a student discount.
