Worst. Experience. Ever. Hardly ANY necessary information upon request; only short, one-line responses to questions requiring much, much more. A super vague rental agreement that was apparently cut after Enterprise had closed, leaving me no choice but pay. Sent me to retrieve the physical copy of my registration slip from my car from a tow company in a different community, only to realize it was never sent there. Sent to another company only to be rudely turned away - I was then blamed for not being able to retrieve it. The list goes on and on. This company is great at making terrible situations worse.
