        THIS IS NOT A REAL TELUS STORE. Dropped my phone off for a simple charge port repair. Something that apparently isn't simple enough to do in store so they sent it away. This was back in FEBRUARY it is now the end of JULY and I have still yet to get my phone back. The loaner phone they gave me was cracked up and doesn't hold a charge for more then an hour or two. Telus themselves have been trying to deal with the store for a week now because "they are an independent owned contracted store" save your hassle and drive the 4 minutes down the road to the mall as I have no faith in getting my phone back nor receiving compensation for the past 5 months.
