I always choose Enterprise when renting a car in Newfoundland. I have found the customer service exceptional. The last time I had a reservation for a car at this location, my was delayed and we landed 40 minutes passed the closing time of the business. I was happily surprised to see a staff member still at the booth waiting for us. Little considerations like these go a long way. Thank you Enterprise! Until next time!!

I had no issues at all with my reservation, the car (Kia Rio) was clean and easy on gas, and had no problem navigating the hills even after a snow fall. You will have to walk from the terminal into the rental lot so dress for the weather. Returning the car was a bit confusing until I confirmed that you just drop it back off where you got it from (at the back of the row there are spots with "return" signs on them). Someone may be driving around who can process your return in the lot and drive you to the terminal, otherwise you will have to walk back to the terminal and hand the keys back at the desk.
