Exhale Pilates and Yoga

I cant say enough good things about this studio. The environment is beautiful and calming. The instructors are experts at what they do. Id highly recommend Exhale.

The place is nice instructors are good but the owner doesnt really treat the clients well doesnt care what happens to you its all about money money Dont book multiple classes they will never refund or rebook if there are shortages from their side etc I had booked 10 classes in Sep 2021 prenatal Pilates attended a few but then the instructor went on maternity. No replacement instructor and no prenatal classes so I had to wait for a few months(still no prenatal lessons till now) Then I decided to just go with yoga and forget the prenatal but then the vaccination requirement came along so I wasnt able to go to the studio. I asked the owner if I can get a refund and she refused and said she can give me private lessons just to finish my balance . When I asked to book with her she said she was too busy and will get back to me, that was on Dec 2021. She has never reached out since. Currently its July 2022 I then delivered my baby and reached out to ask if she could extend my expiry date (Sep 2022) given the circumstances, the fact that there were no prenatal classes ( what I had booked for but didnt receive) , vax requirements which I didnt have as I was pregnant at the time, my delivery, the fact that I reached out to give me sessions and she never got back and she told me that I had lessons to complete within the expiry date Im disappointed that there is no human understanding here given the fact that a lot was their fault but she just wont listen or help or understand Surprised if she treats clients like this or if this is personal for some reason Just dont book multiple classes whatever happens to you or whatever they do wrong(no classes, no contact )they will never consider to extend a deadline or help at all
