Well first off Id like to say I loved this place and was loyal over a thirteen year span. UNTIL... this last time I made appointments for myself and my three children. Im on social assistance and had to go through all the hoopla but my appointment was rescheduled and I received the money but there was two month delay almost just to get kids and myself on same day. So I go to the appointment the day of everythings fine. With the exception of indirectly being told my eldest son wasnt covered. So whatever right? ! It gotta get get done hes going to uni and Id like all our ducks to be in a row. So forgetting the rundown of the money sent before the rescheduled appointment and then getting what appeared to be just enough for two pairs of glasses after the scripts were sent to welfare I was chatting nicely with the girl serving me n Im an open book and mentioned that I think its not fair my sons wasnt covered. So on Jan 20th I go pay n despite having to wait almost an hour for the girl to fix their own errors in computer system and complain that I was sent the money by welfare opposed to it being sent directly to them all was fine! Then five days later I gets a call at 7 pm at night from the person whos in charge of vision assistance at social services to angrily put me in my place because they sent me the money for my glasses with the appointment money two months prior n she was passed I wasnt aware. But since when do they provide money for glasses before getting the script. So the only thing my son wasnt covered for was the initial appointment. So I call about our glasses a week and half later business days of course and the girl say the storm has it delayed everything looks in order we will call you. So anyway I call two weeks later again n Im informed they didnt even take out our trays with our glasses on the day Jan 20th when I payed. Therefore I will never deal with these non professional high schoolers who chat n cause mischief for no reason. I cant believe someone in social services was catty enough to call n act that way. Especially considering the call was almost week after I payed. So they had all the time in the world to chat about me and take things personal on a whole weird level but no time to do their job by hauling out the trays and had nerve to lie to me when I called in saying all was in perfect order a week and half after I payed.
