I like watching the ocean from here so of course Google started asking me to provide details so I wanted to clarify the accessibility here. The view is definitely wheelchair accessible and there's a nice wooden bridge just off the parking area. The trails would be tricky, some areas are graded gravel and others are not, so a wheelchair user could probably get around to some nice spots a little off the parking area and into the start of the trails. The rocky beach would be inaccessible unless you have a serious off-road wheelchair, most Newfoundland beaches are composed of large rocks that make walking them on two feet tricky for some lol
