We stayed here august 4/22. I would not recommend this as an option to hikers doing the thru hike of the East Coast Trail. Based on their reviews, sounds like they do a good job with the all inclusive packages for hikers but really left us thru hikers in a difficult situation. A ride is needed to get to their location. They were the only place out of 5 others where we stayed that charged for a ride from the trailhead. And once at their location they tripled the cost of the ride back to the trail, so instead of the agreed on $25, they wanted to charge $75 for our group of 5. We ended up walking away for a few kms before we reached a business who rescued us by giving all of us a ride back to the trail. Isabella was very rude in her interactions with us

We went just after covid had slowed down. There where 4 of us and we had hike a lot. Bill and Isa planned the hikes for us each day as they thought we could handle. Bill and Isa are amazing hosts. Bill transported us each day to the trail and estimated the finish time. When we where done we called Bill and he would come and pick us up. This was my first time to Newfoundland and our host told us more information about this province then any book. Fun and interesting. Great time had by all. Isa is an amazing cook and kept us full. If you go you won't be disappointed
