Broadview House B&B

A great place to stay. A very short drive to the town of Twillingate but far better views. In fact the views are breath taking. Step out the door and you are right on one of the many hiking trails. Ruth serves a fabulous breakfast and is very accommodating in many ways with a little snack to go if you happen to not finish the bountiful breakfast.

The views!!! We stayed for 1 night en route to Fogo Island and are so happy we did. The B&B is perfectly situated in Twillingate, near the hiking paths and the Lighthouse, with easy access to the town and to the ferry. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the views stunning. Ruth was a fantastic host and our breakfast was ridiculously delicious and filling. Would absolutely stay here again!

Twillingate area is a must-see and what better place to stay than at Broadview House B&B. The location is perfect, handy to the town of Twillingate as well as the surrounding area. There are lots of interesting shops, walks and places to go nearby. The views from the B&B are stunning, with whales frequenting the bay below. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and just off a porch overlooking the bay. They also have a stunning sunroom overlooking the bay. However, it was the warm hospitality of the hosts, Ruth and Randy, that really made our stay special. We had access to a fridge and coffee and tea were always available. We followed Ruth's suggestions for walking to the lighthouse and around the point back to the B&B and were rewarded with 7 whale sightings. We also followed her recommendation for lobster supper and were rewarded with a delicious feast. We loved every minute of our stay. We hope to return, and stay longer!
