        I arrived at the airport and proceeded to the Avis counter, was not even greeted, rather the lady decided that her "personal" call was of more value. She didn't hang up the phone, until she had to print the contract. Then, to make matters even worst, I had to drag my bags through the snow covered parking lot, to the car, just to find the vehicle that wasn't even cleaned, or filled with gas. Horrible service, and I will never rent here again.
