Whati Motel

This was the worst experience whit a Motel/Hotel whatever you call it. We arrive there the whole family on Friday at dinner time for the weekend ( 2 nights ) and we got told that there is no restaurant ( Stated on website that there is one ) and that the actual restaurant is in the motel but because I didn't ask for it when I reserved we will have no cook for the weekend. ( When reserving by phone he never offer it too ). We finally come to a aggrement with the manager that we can use part of the kitchen for ourself for the weekend. During the second night around 4 Am we woke up and it was super cold in the motel. Under 10 degrees celsius everywhere in the hotel. I directly send a text message to the manger to inform him of the situation no answer after 10 minutes ( Normal he is sleeping ). I decide then to call to make sure he is aware of the situation because I don't want any damages happening to the building. He answer I repeat myself 3 times explaining the situation then he hung up on me. I was sure he was on his way to look at the problem. NO he finally never showed up after and hour we come to a decision to leave the premises as soon as possible due to our baby and ourselves literally freezing in the building. 4 days later still no answer to those text message but I receive an email with the invoice. 350$ a night plus GST ( Stated 210$ on the website with meal included ). This prices increased is not stated anywhere. My disappointement cannot be fully explain. I highly recommend every one to seek accommodations anywhere else to avoid any surprises like it happen to us.
