Service is going worse everyday. Been a regular customer coz I love tins taste. However the staff mixes up the orders regularly. Rushes the people to pay and move on. Also, many times, I've forgotten to Pick up all the items I've paid for coz of their rush. Almost feels like they'll throw your coffee on you if you dont catch the cup. No smiles, just rude faces make you feel why you're there? LoL these all things are true opinion of all the guests visiting this location for past 1 - 2 years now. Everyone must be good at catching a hot cup of coffee if you go to this location. Just in case LoL !

I am super disappointed that in the capital of NWT Canada, there are no maple anything at either of the Tim Hortons...what?!? All I wanted was a canadian maple in Canada... is that too much to ask??
